There are two ways to reserve your room:

1. Call (800) 404-5544 and identify yourself as being with CACEO. 
2. Reserve online through CACEO's dedicated group link, by clicking here.
3. Please reserve your room on or before September 19, 2021 (assuming room block is not already sold out).  Please note that because of contractual obligations, CACEO will not offer housing at any other hotels except Resort at Squaw Creek, nor will it provide transportation to any from Resort at Squaw Creek to/from other hotels.
4. Hotel may require a one night's deposit to hold your room.

1. Reno Tahoe International Airport is located at 2001 E. Plumb Ln, Reno, NV, 89502
   
2. Howard W. Cannon Terminal Exit/Terminal Return/Parking
3. Get on I-580 N
4. Follow the 1-80 W to CA-89 S in Truckee.
5. Take exit 185 from I-80 W 
6. Continue on CA-89 S. Drive to Squaw Creek Rd in Placer County
7. At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto CA-89 S. 
8. At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit and stay on CA-89 S
9. Turn right onto Squaw Valley Road
10. Slight left onto Squaw Creek Road
