Safe at Home is a confidential address program administered by the California Secretary of State's office, offering individuals a substitute mailing address to receive first class, certified, and registered mail. With the passage of CACEO backed Senate Bill 1131 earlier this year, the program is now available to Code Enforcement Officers, given the risks they face everyday through their work.
