Developing an Effective Supervisor

Course Description:

This course will provide the foundational groundwork for a new—and experienced—supervisor to be effective in their assigned role.  How does one go from being an equal one week to a supervisor the following week?  There are many tasks a supervisor must adhere to in order to assure their employees are performing their best.  One of the first things that must be done is to be an effective communicator, which sets the framework to how your employees will receive your message and proceed with what is needed.  Other topics that will be covered include evaluations, disciplinary matters, supervising difficult employees and relevant laws that pertain to supervisors.

Event Attendance Certificates 

Event attendance certificates are added to your online profile at www.CACEO.us within one week of the session. You can access your certificates by logging-in to your account. Once logged-in, hover over the Education tab on the website homepage, and click on My Education Record. From here you can click on the printer icon next to the course to download the certificate. If you are not a CACEO member, you will need to contact events@caceo.us to receive your certificate.
