The Counterattack: How To Build A Purpose Statement And Values That Inspire And Drive Employee Performance

Gallup research suggests the workplace is doing a lousy job of providing the worker’s mind with what it needs most – purpose. Only 40% of U.S. employees strongly agree their company’s mission or purpose causes them to feel their job is important (Musser, 2019). Furthermore, only 27% of employees believe in their company’s values (Dvorak & Patel, 2018). With all that’s on the line, these numbers just aren’t going to cut it.

Event Attendance Certificates 

Event attendance certificates are added to your online profile at www.CACEO.us within one week of the session. You can access your certificates by logging-in to your account. Once logged-in, hover over the Education tab on the website homepage, and click on My Education Record. From here you can click on the printer icon next to the course to download the certificate. If you are not a CACEO member, you will need to contact events@caceo.us to receive your certificate.
