Below are the exhibit and sponsorship packages available for the 2025 CACEO Code Conference.

Packages with limited capacity will be given out in the order applications are received, provided payments
are received promptly.

To secure your space at this year’s conference, all packages must be paid in full by SEPTEMBER 26, 2025.

Exhibit Only - $2,500

• One 6 Foot Table
• Two Conference Badges (includes food, does not include CEUs)
• Attendee List (provided 1 month post event)

Conference Sponsor - $4,500

• One 6 Foot Table
• Two Conference Badges (includes food, does not include CEUs)
• Attendee List (provided 1 month post event)
• One complimentary full registration (includes CEUs if desired)
• Recognition on Sponsor Thank You Signage at Conference
• Logo on Conference Page(s) and in Conference App
• Pre-registration list (provided 3 weeks before event)
• One social media post (provided by Sponsor), posting 2 weeks before event
  

Technology Sponsor -  $5,000 (capped at 4 sponsors)

Our technology sponsors receive all benefits of Conference Sponsorship, plus:

• Logo on screen in main ballroom
• Specific recognition on signage

Premiere Sponsor - $7,000

• One 6 Foot Table
• Two Conference Badges (includes food, does not include CEUs)
• Attendee List (provided 1 month post event)
• Two complimentary full registrations (includes CEUs if desired)
• Recognition on Sponsor Thank You Signage at Conference
• Logo on Conference Page(s) and in Conference App; plus on CACEO Homepage
• Logo displayed on screen before/after each General Session at Conference
• Pre-registration list (provided 3 weeks before event)
• CACEO to send one pre-event email on behalf of the sponsor to registered attendees (1 week before event)
• One social media post (provided by Sponsor), posting week of conference, recognizing sponsorship
• Two social media posts (provided by Sponsor) on CACEO channels (one 3-4 weeks prior to event, and again 1 week out)
  

Lunch Sponsor - $8,000 (capped at 2 sponsors)

Our lunch sponsors receive all benefits of Premiere Sponsorship, plus:

• Lunch Sponsor signage

Keynote Sponsor - $10,000 (capped at 1 sponsor)

Our keynote sponsor receives all benefits of Premiere Sponsorship, plus:

• Specific recognition on Keynote signage
• 5-minute introduction of Keynote speaker
  

Mixer Sponsor  - $1,500 Add-On to your Exhibit or Sponsor package!

• Specific recognition on signage during Mixer event

Please note that no invoices will be created nor is any payment due until notified by CACEO staff that you have been accepted by the Conference Committee.
