Registration Fees

Before June 30, 2025 (Early-Bird)

• Non-Member $795

After July 1, 2025 (Standard)

• Members: $745
• Non-Members: $845

Registration is first come first serve. If registration fills up before We have a waiting list in case of any cancellations.
If anyone cancels, the next person on the waiting list is invited to register. Once that email goes out, they will have 48 hours to register. If that window is missed, the next person in the queue will have the opportunity to register and down the line. 

Invoicing "Bill Me" Option

The "Bill Me" invoicing option is no longer available. You must pay via credit card upon registering. If you are unable to pay with a credit card at time of registration, please call the office at 916-492-2223 or email events@caceo.us to generate an invoice for later payment. 

Cancellation Policy

Registrations may be cancelled for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, before October 3, 2025 [regardless of an outstanding balance due]. After the deadline, no refunds will be issued.

Code of Conduct

CACEO strives to promote equal opportunities and treatment for all participants. This Code of Conduct outlines CACEO’s expectations for participant behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. We expect participants to follow these rules at all sessions, meetings, or functions taking place during CACEO sponsored events.
