Reporting is Important!

CACEO tracks incidents that affect code enforcement officers in order to set legislative priorities and create necessary training courses. Documentation also allows CACEO to assist agencies and individual officers or staff members involved in a critical incident by providing access to reports for future needs. Help CACEO to enhance the profession by doing your part by reporting any incident affecting code enforcement officers or other code enforcement staff.

DO NOT USE THIS REPORT FORM IN PLACE OF YOUR LOCAL POLICE/SHERIFF’S REPORT. REPORT ALL CRITICAL INCIDENTS TO YOUR LOCAL POLICE/SHERIFF FOR PROPER INVESTIGATION AND DOCUMENTATION IN ADDITION TO SUBMITTING THIS REPORT.
