Code enforcement officers are encouraged to be on
alert for any individuals recruiting locations such as laundromats and smoke
shops to have coin pusher machines installed under the false pretense of being
a legal and approved device. These devices are prohibited by California’s
gambling laws. In some cases, city councils may have been approached in regards
