Navigating Conflicting Council Requests Presented by Anthony Arroyo Course Description: In every level of a government agency, Councils or Boards can often request of you to do things that may go against policies, past practices or just plain illegal. How does one navigate through this while maintaining composure, tact and compliance. This class will provide an overview of preparing you to work through these issues. Fees You must pay via credit card upon registering for this class. A reminder email will be sent with the Zoom link a day or two prior to the webinar date. Event Attendance Certificates Event attendance certificates are added to your online profile at www.CACEO.us within one week of the session. You can access your certificates by logging-in to your account. Once logged-in, hover over the Education tab on the website homepage, and click on My Education Record . From here you can click on the printer icon next to the course to download the certificate. If you are not a CACEO member, you will need to contact events@caceo.us to receive your certificate.
