Today's Leader for Today's Municipal World Presented by Anthony Arroyo Course Description: Today's work environment has changed as a result of a new generation of employees. What does this mean for current and up and coming supervisors. How do we adapt to supervise this new generation? How has organizational demographics changed in the last 20 years? Adapting to new ways of managing employees can assure success for yourself and your team. This session will provide a historical changes to employees and provide ways to assure successful transition. Don't expect the new generation to adapt to old school management. Fees You must pay via credit card upon registering for this class. Event Attendance Certificates Event attendance certificates are added to your online profile at www.CACEO.us within one week of the session. You can access your certificates by logging-in to your account. Once logged-in, hover over the Education tab on the website homepage, and click on My Education Record . From here you can click on the printer icon next to the course to download the certificate. If you are not a CACEO member, you will need to contact events@caceo.us to receive your certificate.
