Leadership in a Public Agency Presented by Anthony Arroyo Course Description: What is leadership?  What is management/manager?  The two words have big differences.  This course will provide a foundation of what leadership entails so that one can be successful.  Focus will include being aware of yourself, setting goals, communication/engagement with the public, being ethical.  The ultimate goal of a leader is to be one employees and the public can trust. Fees You  must pay via credit card  upon registering for this class. You MUST complete the Zoom registration BEFORE the date of the webinar.  A reminder email will be sent with the Zoom link a day or two prior to the webinar date.      Event Attendance Certificates  Event attendance certificates are added to your online profile at www.CACEO.us within one week of the session. You can access your certificates by logging-in to your account. Once logged-in, hover over the  Education  tab on the website homepage, and click on My  Education Record .  From here you can click on the printer icon next to the course to download the certificate. If you are not a CACEO member, you will need to contact events@caceo.us to receive your certificate.
