Cancellation Policy

Requests to cancel Annual Seminar fees must be submitted in writing and received by CACEO via fax, mail or email no later than Sunday, September 30, 2018.  Cancellations by telephone are not acceptable.  All cancellations received on or before October 1, 2018 will be refunded less a $25.00 processing fee.  Allow three weeks for processing of refund once the annual seminar is concluded.  No refunds for cancellations submitted after September 30, 2018 will be honored.

Guest Policy

Guests are prohibited from attending educational programming, morning continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, and the Wednesday night mixer.  However,

  • If guests are staying with registered attendees staying at the Embassy Suite, they are entitled to the morning breakfast and evening 'manager's reception as part of their room rate.  Guests may attend the Wednesday and Thursday lunch functions for a fee of $55.00 per day.

Business casual.
