Course Description

This course is the antidote to boring and ineffective customer service courses.

Let’s face it, in code enforcement you can sometimes feel like an island that is surrounded by a sea of rudeness and entitlement? It is not easy to maintain your best behavior in an age that is consumed with spreading dark messages of separation and discouragement.

Humans can be very ill-mannered. In fact, they can be flat out evil. However, humans also possess a tremendous capacity for goodness.

Given what you do for a living, you simply can’t afford to give into the darker side of humanity. If you do; you simply won’t last!

This course exposes the darker side of the human condition, but also provides a pathway toward hope. This course begins the only place where real change can occur; within yourself.

This course provides effective strategies on how to:

  • Identify your triggers
  • Manage your emotions
  • Deal with challenging people
  • Deliver outstanding internal and external customer service; all the time.

These strategies not only work, they will transform your personal and professional relationships.
