Course Description

Today's organizations depend upon team performance. Teams are often made up of a diverse blend of individuals. Although such diversity can make teams powerfully effective, this same dynamic can create challenges. Team learning does not come naturally. Individual learning is not the same as team learning. IN fact, how we learn as individuals is in direct conflict with how we need to be learning, growing, and developing as teams. This course will show you how to stop wasting time and energy during your meetings, committees, and classroom environments. You will learn how to create a team that is a highly aligned and functional team of learners and performers.
