Posting to the ListServ:

Prior to posting a question to the membership on the ListServ, please make sure your question has not been asked before. Results are posted in the Email Survey Results section. Please also review our annual Membership Survey and Sample Forms sections of the Resource Library. Our goal is to eliminate multiple emails to the membership that ask the same questions over and over. All emails are reviewed by CACEO staff prior to being distributed to the membership.

Additionally, the CACEO Membership list is quite large. With a list of this size it is considered proper etiquette to reply ONLY to the poster of a message. Please limit the use of reply-all to only those cases where the entire CACEO Membership must know the information you are providing. When in doubt, don't use reply-all.

After your message is approved and distributed, you will be required to track the responses to your question. Within 1 week of your message being distributed, you will need to submit your findings and results back to the membership via the ListServ. The purpose of this requirement is to share the information back with the membership and build a Survey Results section, which in turn leads to fewer repeat questions.
