Critical Thinking & Decision Making

If most organizational problems are the result of poor and unethical leadership, then you can also be assured these leadership decisions were the result of incomplete thinking. Peak organizational performance is dependent upon quality thinking and decision making. Although thinking is something we naturally do as humans; critical thinking is not. Most of us have never been shown a model of critical thinking; at least not one that was not overall challenging and impractical. This course provides the learner with a useful and transformative model of critical thinking that can positively change how leaders think, perform, and lead. This class is for everyone.
