Finding Individuals Who May Not Want to be Found:  How to Conduct Skip Trace Investigations

What is a people locate/skip trace?  A skip trace is an investigative technique tht finds an individual, usually one who has skipped out on a legal or financial obligation though it is not limited to those matters.  People locate skip trace investigations commonly accomplish things like tracking down defendants who must be notified of court appearances or locating individuals who need to be served with legal documents. 

Why you need a locate or skip trace?  At times, you need to locate a debtor who has defaulted on payments such as administrative citations or abatement costs.  This class will help you find free resources to accomplish your search without having to pay for costly real-time data services.
