Tony was born September 12, 1955 in Los Angeles, California to Alex and Patricia. He joined the Marines in 1972 and during active duty he was an anti-tank gunner. He was assigned to take part in the evacuation of refugees and diplomats out of Saigon in "Operation Eagle Pull". Once out of the Marines he held various jobs including Assistant Tree Trimmer and Fire Inspector for the City of Alhambra. His job as a Fire Inspector gave him an introduction to service with youth by teaching fire prevention to elementary school children.

In 1979 he started his career in Code Enforcement with the City of Alhambra. In 1981 he married his love, Irene. During the following years Tony and Irene were blessed with three sons, Nicholas, Joshua & Benjamin.

Tony started working for the City of Corona in 1987 as a Code Enforcement Officer, and established his roots by moving his family to Lake Elsinore. Not one to sit around idle after his medical retirement in 2002, he worked part-time as a hearing examiner for various cities, including Lake Elsinore. He also served as interim Code Enforcement Manager for the City's of Perris and Lake Elsinore.

He was a life member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 1508, a member of the Marine Corps League and an active member of Statewide California Association of Code Enforcement Officials.

Tony's scouting career began when his son Nicholas wanted to join Cub Scouts. Tony served as a leader at all levels of scouting for the past 15 years. He has held many positions from Webelos Den Leader, Committe Chairman, Scoutmaster, Order of the Arrow Advisor and Assistant District Commissioner. During his years of service to youth, he has been recognized with numerous awards, including Scoutmaster's Award of Merit and District Award of Merit. His most recent recognition in February of 2008 he was awarded the Silver Beaver Award, Boy Scouts highest award for a volunteer.

Tony was passionate about all he did. He enjoyed Code Enforcement, Scouting, and most of all he loved his family and God.

Heaven will now be more organized, thanks to Tony.
